We’re tucked away at the quiet end of Charlotteville, a charming fishing village in northeastern Tobago. Our property sits directly on Man-O-War Bay—steps from the sea, surrounded by birdsong and rainforest green.
What kind of cottages do you offer?
Our rustic, self-catering cottages vary in size, from cozy studios for couples to two-bedroom options perfect for families or small groups. All are built for simple island living with nature right at your doorstep.

Booking & Payments
Is a deposit required?
Yes, we require a deposit for stays of 4 days or longer to confirm your booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Euros, Trinidad & Tobago dollars (TT), US dollars, credit cards, and online payments.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 4 days before your arrival date for a refund. Cancellations made later may not be rebooked or refunded.
What is the minimum stay?
During the high season, the minimum stay is 3 nights; in the low season, 2 nights.
Arrival & Departure
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by noon.
What if I arrive late?
No worries! Just let us know your plans, and we’ll make sure your arrival is smooth, even after dark.
Cottage Comforts & Amenities
What should I know about any difficulties during my stay?
Our cottages offer a rustic, natural island experience. Expect peaceful surroundings but also some direct interaction with nature— part of the charm!
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, we provide linen and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
How often is housekeeping?
Housekeeping is provided every 4 to 5 days.
Is laundry service available?
Yes, laundry can be done by our staff for a small additional charge.
Do the cottages have Wi-Fi?
Sorry, we do not offer Wi-Fi, we highly recommend unplugging and enjoying the natural surroundings.
Is there air conditioning?
No air conditioning, but sea breezes and ceiling fans keep the cottages comfortable.
Is hot water available?
Yes, you’ll have hot water throughout your stay.

Are the cottages wheelchair accessible?
Only Cottage 2 and Cottage 3 are wheelchair accessible.
